Due to COVID-19, our in policies have changed until we can go back to regular contact.

All in person classes are cancelled, and will be rescheduled once we determine when we can meet safely.

Summer Enrichment Classes

We are NOT holding classes in June this summer, but we WILL be holding classes in July and August.

  

Summer Midweek Series: 2 week class (3 day sessions Tue – Thurs) 2 hr intensive classes. 


$120 per class (2 hours per day, 3 days in week = 6 hours total)

$180 if you sign up for 2 classes in same day. 


Limit 5 kids/class. Classes with fewer than 2 kids may be cancelled or combined.

Fall 2020 - Algebra 1

Tuesdays and Fridays, 10am August 25 – December 21 $200 for entire semester!

Individual Tutoring

All students are individuals, and have unique needs.  We provide a variety of affordable individual tutoring packages for students in kindergarten through 12th grade:

  • Reading or math remediation
  • Reading or math enrichment
  • Individual subject tutoring (history, science, geography, language)
  • Organizational skills
  • Study skills
  • Test prep

Create a Home School class

Let us know if you are interested in forming a private study group or home school class.  We have 2 classrooms that can hold large groups, and 4 rooms that hold small groups.

Who are we?

APT To Learn is a new community resource center here in Greenville for parents, teachers, and students. We sell and consign new and used books and educational materials to the public. Our certified and experienced teachers provide tutoring for both special and non-special needs students. Come to our grand opening August 4th for food, fun, and games. Ribbon cutting at 12pm.

With proper supports in place, you are more apt to learn!

About Dr. Michelle Cetner

Michelle holds Master's degrees in Mathematics and Math Education from East Carolina University, as well as a Ph. D. in Mathematics Education from NC State University.  She has taught a broad range of individuals and classes from Kindergarten through college, including home school, private school, and public school.


Michelle has mentored teachers across the state of North Carolina, spoken at several regional and national conferences, and written articles in the Mathematics Teacher magazine.
